  • The Service will be eligible for exchange/Modification only if the required service is available. In case the required service is not available at, a refund shall be provided.
  • Please note that the Digital Services are non-returnable unless such Digital Services is materially non-compliant with its specifications or the physical media on which it is supplied is defective
  • Any Cancellation request made after the 7 days shall not be eligible for the refund, you may only able to cancel that Service without getting any refund.
  • Please be informed that the purchasing of the Services using the Cash on Delivery option is not available on the website.
  • Exchange or Modification of a Service can be made only if the customer or client establishes or furnish that the Service was delivered having technical interruption within 7 days of receipt of the Service.
  • We will organize to repair service for the technical interruption or exchange it with an equivalent Service, or provide a refund, provided that you contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the Service, if deems fit.

In some of the cases, your data may be stored in the devices if you are cancelling a service. It is strictly advised to take a backup and remove all of your data before cancelling the service. We are not responsible for any loss or misuse of your data.
